Putting their complete trust into Suzanna’s Mum was how we ended up working with this wonderful couple. In fact a lot of the planning was done on their behalf, as like many young Irish couples they were spending some time in Australia.
The planning process continued and we finally met up with everyone at their holiday home in Sneem. Here we spent a few hours walking the grounds on Oyster Bay, close to Parknasilla and dreamed of having a little hide-away like this one day.
Needless to say, we were only delighted to be back shooting at The Hotel Europe for many many reasons. Not to mention the view, the bridal suite, the setting, the mojitos 🙂
Three different yet subtle hairstyles were created throughout the day, this one was for the ceremony.
A topic that was discussed at the beginning was suits ( a full blogpost could be filled here) and much to my delight – they listened!!
The dream morning for us is when both parties are getting ready at the same location, this opens up a world of oppertunity for photography.
Now every couple say they want their day to be relaxed and informal but these 2 took it to the limit and spent the day enjoying time with their guests and like many great Bride & Grooms before them, gave up 10 minutes to just before dinner to take some ‘couple’ shots. You don’t have to spend most of your day away from everyone, planning is the key here.
The images tell you the rest of the story and once again we look at the images and think how lucky we were to be allowed create these. As someone mentioned lately, they got the “Woodard Experience”.
