A growing trend right now for us anyway is requests to cover elopements to the West Coast of Ireland. This we seem to do well and cherish the thoughts of having the Bride & Groom to ourselves for a few hours in the most remote wild landscape that we are so proud to call home.
Particia & Stephen were back and forth for a while trying to pin a date that worked for all and having never been to the Cliffs of Moher before, we were able to point out a few useful tips. Like galeforce winds are not unusal in Summer!
Time passed by and one fine Sunday morning we arrived in Doolin, Co.Clare to meet Particia & Stephen for the first time and to shoot their wedding.
They travelled with us to the Cliffs for the ceremony where we had to wait along with Darragh ( celebrant) for a while for the winds to drop before they allowed us to make the climb to O’Brien’s Tower.
Stopping off for a selfie with some kids who were on a school trip.
If a Bride travelled from Florida to Clare to get married, keeping the dress clean will not be a concern and you know she will climb over anything for the perfect shot.
Enough of fighting the elements, we jumped back in the jeep and went off on a road trip around Clare.
Finding ourselves back where we started this wonderful adventure for a pint in Doolin.
Thank you Particia & Stephen for falling in love with the West Coast of Ireland.
