Caragh & Sean’s Wedding in Stormy Dingle was one to remember!
We set off early to meet up with everyone, Sean was at home in Killorglin while Caragh was getting ready in the relaxed setting in Ballintaggart House. What we love most about this venue is that it is usually just the bridal party in-house so there is no one to distract from the preparation, what we love most about Killorglin weddings is that there is always a pit stop at the pub and this time it was Falveys!
The morning was like a flashback to their engagement shoot when the wind and rain prevailed and we knew this was one couple who would not be afraid of the wild Atlantic weather!
Surrounded by umbrellas Caragh entered the church looking radiant and after a ceremony filled with beautiful music performed by their friends, we went straight to Dick Macks in Dingle town. A popular meeting point for many visitors to Dingle and the perfect spot for the bridal party to enjoy one or two light refreshments.
The second we saw a break in the weather we decided to steal our couple away for some more romantic moments captured on a stormy afternoon in Béal Bán. It’s amazing how the light can change so quickly and we were keen to take advantage of it before Caragh & Sean joined their guests for cocktails and dinner at the venue. The speeches get a special mention for this wedding, one of the most entertaining we have heard in a long time.
Hope you enjoy!
